Section One: documents 37 basic exercises that can be performed with the Dyna-Band resistive fitness band
Section Two: presents a six-week lesson plan
Section Three: contains recommended training routines for the all-around athlete and nine selected sports
The second and third sections utilize the routines documented in Section One
