Warm-Up: rehearse many of the sports movements in the workout and acclimate to the dynamic surface of the BOSU
Segment I: learn general sport movement patterns that are trained with lateral agility, vertical jumping and fast foot drills
Segment II: practice drills that relate to specific sport movement patterns for basketball, winter sports, soccer, racquet sports and football
Segment III: perform strength and cardio drills that can be done solo, with a partner or with medicine balls for dynamic balance and power training
