ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT NEEDED? Douglas demonstrates moves using medicine balls, multiple Bosu balls in a variety of formats, a cable system, etc. However, the viewer is being shown the vast variety of uses with the Bosu ® trainer and so all the additional equipment is optional. They are shown to educate the viewer on how to incorporate equipment you may already be using with your clients while using the Bosu® Trainer.
