Intense Warm-up        8 minutes
·         Then Mindy starts intervals of step aerobic then aerobic intervals. Each step aerobic segments lasts anywhere from 5-7 minutes, with the intervals being around 1 minute each. Occasionally an interval is performed with the help of a medicine ball.
HI/LOW 10 minutes
Additional Equipment Needed
You will need a step, and it is recommended to use a medicine ball. For the more intense workout, it is good to use a weighted medicine ball, although any ball you have will work (basketball, soccer ball, etc).
