Level of Intensity:  Beginner to moderate.  This DVD would make an excellent introduction to anyone unfamiliar with water workouts, as it has a little bit of everything.

Introduction
1 minute
Warm-Up
6 minutes

Anchored Down Aerobics (low impact)

20 minutes (a creative but easy to follow aerobic workout, including walking variations, lunges, kicks and circular movements inspired by Pilates)

Rebound Aerobics (higher impact)

13 minutes (traditional water aerobics, including jogging, jumping jacks, leaping, and kicking.  Fun routines - easy to follow.)

Ballet Workout

7 minutes (Assemblé, Changment, Pas de Chat - just a few of the steps in this section.  Ballet has never been more fun or easy to learn than in the water!)

Strengthening and Toning

7 minutes (the water's 3 dimensional environment is the perfect place to tone and strengthen.  Karen introduces the Power Paddles to increase resistance and provide a simple but very effective tool for water exercise.)

Cool Down

6 minutes (Yoga poses are introduced to increase stability and flexibility.)

Additional Notes: Karen once again masters the art of water aerobics.  For those advanced in the fitness field or beginners can benefit from this DVD.  It combines a lot of different fitness fields into water.  Ballet, Pilates, and yoga all find their way into this great cardio and strength workout.  This truly is an all-in-one workout DVD.
